Point House

P O I N T   H O U S E

The point house sits at the end of a long dirt drive through fields of native grasses and juniper. At the end of the peninsula,  the single story house wraps around the site in three connected volumes to best capture views of tidal  Oyster Pond. The center volume contains the main living space, with the kitchen and breakfast room to the east and the bedrooms to the west.  The roofline is kept low; the modesty of the exterior is intentional, allowing  the beauty of natural landscape to play the starring role.
