C H E S T N U T   H I L L  

This 1850 estate property in the Chestnut Hill Historic District was fully restored and renovated, with a new porte cochere and attached brick carriage house added to the 12,000 sf home. Exterior detailing of the carriage house meticulously replicated  the details of the existing historic house. Interior renovations were in keeping with the period of the home.
